RussWave EQ combines advanced parametric EQ functionality with intuitive visual feedback, giving producers and engineers full control over their mix. With up to 16 EQ bands, multiple filter types, and dynamic EQ functionality, it's suitable for corrective work, creative shaping, stereo adjustment, and mastering. Auto Gain ensures consistent audio levels, while various processing modes allow for low-latency, natural phase, or linear phase, depending on your production needs.
The plugin is designed for both technical precision and musical workflow, with clear real-time visualizations of EQ curves, input/output analysis, and signal monitoring. Whether you're cleaning up vocals, shaping instrument buses, or balancing a full mix, RussWave EQ provides the tools for quick and confident decisions.

To access the built-in AI Assistant in RussWave EQ, you need an active subscription. We offer three tiers tailored to different needs:
- AI Start – provides access to 200+ messages per month.
- AI Pro – provides access to 500+ messages per month.
- AI Studio – provides access to 1000 messages per month.

With the subscription, you get context-based EQ help directly in the plugin, faster decisions, and suggestions on how to shape your sound in an intelligent and musical way. Choose a subscription based on how much support you want from the AI assistant in your production process.
You also get access to the analyzer function, which analyzes 5 seconds of your audio and allows you to shape the sound exactly as you want.

License Window
Manage your license and check for available updates directly within the plugin.
Volume meter
Shows real-time levels for the signal. Right-click to switch to oscilloscope view.
The Delta button
Tap to hear only the changes the EQ is making, without the original signal.
The Solo button
Plays only the selected EQ band for precise listening.
The On button
Toggle the selected EQ band.
The Dyn button
Activates dynamic EQ for the selected EQ band. Links to the DynR knob for adjusting dynamic range.
Freq-knob
Adjusts the frequency of the selected EQ band for precise tonal control. Can also be changed directly in the EQ grid with the mouse pointer.
Gain knob
Adjust the gain of the selected EQ band to increase or decrease the volume in the range. Can also be changed directly in the EQ grid with the mouse pointer.
Q-knob
Adjust the Q/resonance for the selected EQ band to change the band's width. Can also be adjusted by hovering the mouse over a handle in the EQ grid and scrolling the mouse wheel.
DynR knob
Adjusts dynamic range on dynamic EQ band.
EQ Grid
The EQ grid allows you to visually place and adjust EQ handles. Double-click to create new handles that can be freely dragged with the mouse pointer. Right-clicking in the grid (without hitting a handle) opens a menu where you can: add new EQ handles, enable Auto Gain, select Post/Pre or both curves, enable Snap-to-Grid, adjust automation and dynamic response, and view FPS and GPU information under ‘Renderer’.
Phase menu
The Phase menu allows you to select between different phase processing modes for the EQ. Available choices are: Zero latency for fast response, Natural phase for a balanced sound character, and Linear phase for maximum phase precision when mastering or performing demanding mixing.
