Terms of Sale for RussWave
These terms of sale apply to all purchases of digital products from TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS , including RussWave VST (the “Product”). By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of digital products to consumers via our website, RussWave.no . The terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the E-Commerce Act.

3. Product information
RussWave VST is a digital product in the form of a VST plugin for music production. The product is distributed electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive a downloadable file along with installation instructions.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable.
Payment is made via our approved payment solutions. The purchase is valid when payment is completed. We reserve the right to change prices, but you always pay the price that applies at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
The product is delivered digitally via a download link after payment has been confirmed. Access is immediate, and you are responsible for having a stable internet connection to download the product.
6. Right of withdrawal
According to Section 22 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of digital products that are delivered electronically and where delivery has begun with the customer's consent. By completing the purchase and starting the download, you agree that the right of withdrawal lapses.
7. License to Use
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the Product. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell the Product without the written permission of TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS.
8. Errors and omissions
If the product has a defect, you can demand correction, replacement, price reduction or cancellation according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Any defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time. Contact: kontakt@russwave.no
9. Limitation of Liability
TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the Product, unless otherwise provided by mandatory Norwegian law. This includes, among other things, loss of data or income.
10. Intellectual property rights
All rights to the Product, including copyright, belong to TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS. It is not permitted to modify, decompile or use the Product in violation of applicable intellectual property rights.
11. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws (including GDPR). The information is only used for order processing and any support.
12. Changes to the Terms
TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website. For purchases that have already been made, the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of purchase apply.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be handled by the ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as the venue.
