Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to anyone who purchases, downloads, installs or uses RussWave VST (“the Software”). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
By purchasing RussWave VST, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software. The license is personal and may only be used by the person making the purchase. You are entitled to install and use the Software on one computer at a time .
1.1 Limitations
- You do not have the right to redistribute, sell, rent, lease or otherwise share the Software with third parties without the express written permission of TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS.
- It is prohibited to decompile, modify or attempt to circumvent security mechanisms in the Software.
- Copying or modification of the Software is only permitted if it follows from mandatory Norwegian law.
2. Updates
TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS may from time to time offer updates such as bug fixes, improvements and new features. Updates are subject to the same terms as the original Software, and it is your responsibility to keep it up to date.
3. User responsibilities
You are solely responsible for using the Software in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Unlawful use, or violation of these terms, may result in termination of your license.
4. Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is” without warranties, either express or implied, of functionality, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-freeness. Use is at your own risk.
TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS is not liable for direct or indirect losses, including loss of data, income or technical function, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation.
5. Intellectual property rights
All rights to the Software, including source code, design and content, belong to TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS. You may not modify, distribute or use the Software in violation of Norwegian or international copyright law.
6. Privacy
We do not collect personal information through the Software unless it is necessary for support or technical purposes. All processing is in accordance with Norwegian data protection legislation and GDPR.
7. Termination
TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS reserves the right to terminate the license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you are required to uninstall the Software and delete all copies.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the case shall be heard by the Oslo District Court .
9. Changes to the Terms
TVINNEREIM STUDIOS AS may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Software after changes is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
