The serial number can be downloaded from the email you received after purchasing the plugin, or by logging into your account and finding your order there. The serial number you will need is contained in a .txt file.

Follow the video carefully to ensure the plugin is installed correctly. Also, remember to run a “Plugin Scan” in FL Studio (or whatever DAW you are using) after installation.

1. Extract the zip file: Start by extracting the preset package from the zip file.
2. Copy the preset file(s): Copy the file(s) to the folder:
• “RussWave VST 2.0 Preset Folder”
• or “RussWave VST Preset Folder”.
Tip: Make sure you know which folder you selected as the preset folder when you installed the plugin. If you copy to the wrong folder, it won't work.
3. Paste the serial number: Use the serial number you received when you purchased the plugin.
4. Restart the plugin: Restart RussWave VST to load the presets.

If the plugin is not working properly, we recommend the following steps:
1. Check that you have installed the plugin correctly according to the installation video included with your order. You can find the video by logging into the website with the email address you used when purchasing and opening your order.
2. Make sure you have copied all files to the correct folder, including preset packs. The folder you need to use is called “RussWave VST 2.0 Preset Folder” or “RussWave VST Preset Folder”.
3. Make sure you have pasted the serial number you received when you purchased the plugin.
4. Do a new plugin search in your music software (for example, FL Studio).
5. If none of the above steps work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. This is shown in the installation video at 05:34.
