I expressly consent to the delivery of the digital products in my order starting immediately, before the 14-day cancellation period expires. I acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ceases when delivery begins.
The consent applies to one-time digital purchases, including permanent plugin licenses and preset packs, as well as immediate delivery and activation of Rent-to-Own licenses. It does not apply to AI Assistant subscriptions.
I expressly request that the delivery of the RussWave AI Assistant begins immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost if the service is fully delivered before the withdrawal period expires.
If I exercise the right of withdrawal after the service has commenced, I may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided, in accordance with applicable legislation. Activation or use of the AI assistant does not imply that the entire subscription has been delivered.
